Do I have to be home during my appointment?
No. However, we do not hold keys. If there are no keyless options, please leave a key for us. If we are locked out and not allowed to enter we will text. If we are not able to get in within 30 minutes we will charge a $75 locked out fee and cancel the service for the day.
What about pets?
We ask that pets are put away during the clean, for their safety.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We ask for a 48-hour notice in the event of rescheduling. You can cancel service any time. We charge a $50 cancelation fee for appointments canceled with less than 36 hours notice.
What if someone in my household has Covid-19?
Please call us to reschedule your booking as soon as possible.
